Do You Offer A Guarantee?
Every product we offer is backed by our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your unused/unopened bottles for an immediate refund, less applicable shipping costs. Because of our below clearance pricing we do not accept returns for opened bottles. We never charge "Stocking Fees" and you should not buy from a company that does.

When will I receive my package?
We ship packages the first business day after payment is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for US orders to arrive and 5-12 for international. We Ship Monday thru Friday, and all orders are sent out by 9 am MST.

It has been passed the allotted time, where is my package?
Please email us at sales@neutraceutical.com. Include your full name, shipping address and method of payment and we will be happy to look up the status of your package

Why am I not receiving responses to my emails?
All emails are responded to within 24 hours. Email responses are sent to you through your email account that you have provided. Be aware that our reply may be waiting for you in your junk mail folder! If you would like to be contacted at a different email address please include the address in the text of your email

What is your international shipping policy?
International customers (anyone outside the U.S. - including Canada) are responsible for all additional fees associated with duties, taxes, customs, and other costs incurred from shipping internationally.  We will not refund ANY such costs.  The shipping you paid for ONLY pays for transit costs.  Additional costs WILL appear when the package exits the U.S. and enters your specific country.  We cannot estimate these costs, which vary from location to location.  We also will not underestimate the value of your package on the customs form.  This is illegal (we found out the hard way).  Sometimes these additional costs are higher than your purchase, so please anticipate these extra fees and DO NOT refuse the package.  All refused international packages WILL NOT receive a refund. International customers should know beforehand the fees associated with importing goods from the U.S.; we will not take responsibility for your ignorance of the local laws, duties, customs, and fees.
